‘Term-Time’ 38 Funded Week Offer
This offer allows parents options to access a totally funded place if they choose. This is during the funded term only.

- Funding can be taken over the 38 funding term time weeks. These weeks will be displayed on the Nursery noticeboard or are available upon request.
- Parents may access funded hours across any 9.00 – 4.00 session up to 15 or 30 hours per week, subject to availability.
- Families who are not in receipt of any funding can also access any of these packages at our full session rate.

15 Hours can be taken as:
5 days a week 9.00 – 12.00 or 1.00 – 4.00 (15 hours used)
3 days a week 9.00 – 1.00 and 1 day 9.00 – 12.00 or 1.00 – 4.00 (15 hours used)
2 days a week 9.00 – 4.00 (14 hours used)
1 day a week 9.00 – 4.00 and 2 days 9.00 – 1.00 (15 hours used)
1 day a week 9.00 – 4.00 and 2 days 9.00 – 12.00 (13 hours used)
30 hours can be taken as:
4 days a week 9.00 – 4.00 (28 hours used)

Children wanting to attend 5 days a week 9.00 – 4.00 can use their full 30 hours funding towards their sessions and pay the balance if they chose.
- A hot cooked lunch can be purchased for £3.00 that the nursery provides or parents can provide a packed lunch for no charge.
- The nursery supplies snack morning and afternoon each day which is free of charge.
- Parents provide their child’s own nappies.
- The nursery provides wipes and nappy creams free of charge.
- There are no extra consumables that parents are charged for.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
We charge a £250 deposit to reserve a place for children already in receipt of a funding code for a totally funded place. This will be refunded within a month of the child starting.
For children who do not have a valid code or attend more hours than are funded, we charge a 50% deposit on a month’s fees for non-funded hours including meals. This will be refunded when your child leaves the nursery, and the final invoice has been paid. If children subsequently receive a valid code, we will recalculate your deposit and refund any excess.
Deposits can be made in instalments by prior arrangement. We are happy to calculate deposits for parents enquiring about places.
INVOICING
Fees are payable by the 5th of each month. Late payments will be pursued in line with our ‘nursery Fee and Bad Debt Policy’ and a late payment charge of £20 will apply when a second reminder is sent.
If you arrive late to pick up your child a £20 late fee will be charged at the discretion of the management.
Package 2

This offer allows parents the option to use their funding between 9.00 and 4.00, whilst also accessing paid for wrap around sessions of their choosing. This is during the funding term only.

- Parents may access funded hours across any 9.00 – 4.00 session up to the maximum hours detailed below, subject to availability.
- Our stretched offer runs from Sept to August and children can take the funding as either up to 11.25 hours a week or up to 22.25 hours per week depending on eligibility for 15 or 30 hours.
Children can also join the stretched offer in January or April depending on when their eligibility starts. Those joining in January will receive up to 10.5 hours or 21.25 hours and those joining in April will receive up to 8.75 hours or 17.75 hours, depending on eligibility.
- Funded hours can be accessed from the first full term after your child is 9 months, 2 years or 3 years old (subject to eligibility)
- Families who are not in receipt of any funding can also access any of these packages at our full session rate.
